A compilation of my work from 2014-2018.

I started getting into time-lapse when lost my job in 2010 which I saved enough to buy a Canon 7D with Sigma 10-20mm lens plus a time-lapse dolly which was new in the market back then. Eventually after getting some attentions and gigs, I upgraded my gear to Canon 5D MK3 with Canon 14mm and a newer portable time-lapse dolly.

From 2010 - 2014, I was a freelancer and time-lapse was my world day in, day out. I learned so much, met so many people and appreciate this time of my life. I chased clouds, fog, sunset, sunrise, moon, milkyway galaxy and time. I got lucky enough to be invited by the Nikon to try out Nikon D810 with Nikon 14-24mm, and it was great! Then I did few workshops at Nikon School in Dubai and Qatar. It was the best time of my career as a time-lapse photographer.

But all good things must come to an end. And this is the end, my last time-lapse video.

Some of the earliest shoot at "0:01"sunrise at Liwa, I learned that there's a certain angle and time that you can see the sand dunes sparkles as it illuminates the tiny spec of glass particles.

"00:25" The snake way to Jais Mountain gives you an idea of it's grand scale

Some of the latest shoot at "0:47" "00:59" in Jebel Hafeet which took me years and years with many trials of waiting religiously for the fog season to come in the UAE.
The same countless years of trials at "0:40" taken in Liwa which I still haven't got it right.

The Milky way at "1:13" in Um Azimul and at "1:08" "1:19" in Jebel Jais is when Nikon Middle East gave me the opportunity to try the Nikon D810 back then. It was a bliss

This is my story chasing time, clouds, fog and the milky way here in the UAE.

hanks to,
